01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevShield AI (available at https://revshieldapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). RevShield AI is a product operated by We The Best Services, which is the legal entity contracting with you under these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

02. Service Description & Compliance Scope

RevShield AI provides an automated B2B SaaS payment recovery, dunning workflow, and customer support notification platform for software merchants. Our platform integrates with subscription management providers (including Paddle Billing, RevenueCat, Adapty, Qonversion and Stripe) to detect failed transactions and send customer support payment update links and customizable dunning reminders.

Compliance & Operational Scope: RevShield AI is a software tool fully configured and controlled by the merchant. RevShield AI does not operate autonomous AI decision-making systems that make legal or financial decisions binding natural persons without merchant direction. All discount options, pause parameters, and dunning sequences are predefined and controlled by the merchant.

03. Billing, Merchant of Record & Payments

Our order process and payment processing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles all payment transactions, currency conversions, billing inquiries, and applicable sales taxes/VAT.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• All plans include a 15-day free trial period unless otherwise specified.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date via your Account Settings or the Paddle Customer Portal.

04. Free Trial & Cancellation

Upon signing up for a RevShield AI subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Advanced), your 15-day free trial begins immediately. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the 15-day trial period without incurring any fees. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your payment method will be charged the recurring plan amount.

05. Customer Data & Security

RevShield AI implements enterprise-grade encryption (HMAC-SHA256, AES-256) and strictly partitioned multi-tenant database isolation. We process webhook payloads solely for the purpose of executing payment recovery workflows and generating analytics. We do not sell or monetize customer or subscriber data.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevShield AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
