01. 15-Day Free Trial Policy

RevShield AI offers a 15-day free trial on all subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Advanced). You will not be billed during the 15-day trial period. If you cancel prior to the end of the 15-day trial, your payment method will not be charged.

02. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your RevShield AI Dashboard or via the Paddle Customer Portal link provided in your invoice email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to RevShield AI until the period ends.

03. Refund Requests & Merchant of Record

Because all orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, refund requests are evaluated according to Paddle's Consumer Guarantee and local consumer protection laws. If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied within 14 days of a renewal charge, please contact [email protected] or Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net.
